The number one force that shapes our culture is our values.
 

Our culture is defined and guided by these core values:

• 1. It’s All About God and Jesus (Worship)

  Everything begins and ends with Jesus. We are dedicated to knowing Him deeply and making Him known to the world. (John 14:6; Revelation 22:13)
   

• 2. Everyone Is Significant (Valuing People)

  Regardless of background, age, or origin, every person possesses inherent worth and divine potential. You are extraordinary in God's eyes. (Psalm 139:14; 1 John 3:2)
   

• 3. All Things Are Possible (Faith)

  We put God-sized dreams into action. Stepping boldly into uncharted waters, we let prayer guide our steps and faith sustain our path. (Matthew 19:26; Hebrews 11:6)
   

• 4. Together Is Better (Community)

  True personal transformation happens through genuine relationship. We grow stronger when we step into community together. (Hebrews 10:24–25; Ephesians 4:16)
   

• 5. Healthy People Grow (Discipleship)

  We nurture spiritual vitality and embrace ongoing growth, building a life-giving environment that reflects God’s grace. (Colossians 2:7; Colossians 1:10)
   

• 6. Saved People Serve People (Service)

  Living a fulfilled life means serving others. Our love extends beyond our doors to touch our local community and reach the nations. (Mark 16:15; Ephesians 2:10)
   

• 7. If It’s Worth Doing, It’s Worth Doing Right (Excellence)

  In gratitude for God’s abundant gifts, we strive to give Him our very best in all that we undertake. (Colossians 3:23; 1 Corinthians 15:58)
   

• 8. Generosity Speaks (Generosity)

  We steward our time, talents, and resources to uplift those around us, reflecting the selfless spirit of Christ. (Proverbs 11:24–25; Acts 20:35)
   

• 9. We Rely on Team Wisdom (Teamwork)

  Every individual contributes unique gifts. Working together in unity allows us to fulfill our mission effectively. (Ecclesiastes 4:9–12)
   

• 10. We Multiply, Not Maintain (Leadership)

  God has placed leadership potential within you. We equip believers to step into their calling, raising up leaders to impact future generations. (Luke 9:1–6)

  Meaningful life transformation happens through community. Our Small Groups bring people together so no one has to walk alone. By walking together in faith, challenges become lighter as we offer mutual care, encouragement, and spiritual support.
